Thanks for the informative article. I’ve been having problems with mouse acceleration for years and recently been having trouble with it again. SteerMouse was working great till recently and I’m not sure what the cause is. I use Photoshop for work everyday and these erratic mouse and trackpad movements are driving me nuts.

Great article, going to try it out. I’m currently using IntelliPoint software by Microsoft but unfortunately it only works with Microsoft manufactured mouse.
